The heartbeat of Seattle. Capitol Hill offers everything you could want in an urban trendy neighborhood geared for fun. With nightlife, markets, and plenty of green space, this is the place to be.
South Lake Union
Described as the fastest growing neighborhood in Seattle, South Lake Union has new businesses opening daily. It is the home to Amazon, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and other high tech companies so your commute is made easy.
All things are possible in Belltown. With a walk score of 97 out of 100 you can get anywhere you need to be on foot. And if that isn’t enough the neighborhood has plenty of nightlife and shopping.
If you’re ready to leave the hustle and bustle but still love a walkable neighborhood, Ballard is for you. Block after block has restaurants, bars and boutiques. Don’t forget Golden Gardens Beach is just down the street.
Queen Anne Avenue is chock-full of local businesses that will make you feel right at home. With great views and plenty to do, this neighborhood will not disappoint.
Head south about five miles from downtown and you will bump into Columbia City, a cozy neighborhood on the rise. With easy connection on the Link Light Rail commuting becomes a breeze.
Small town living in the big city. With its own set of distinct neighborhoods West Seattle is only a stone’s throw away from downtown and has lots of character and convenience.
